Customer service done right

I have to give a shout out to The Omni Group in general, and their "support ninjas" in particular. I've been trying out OmniWeb and am really liking it, though I haven't yet licensed it. Undaunted by my status as pond scum unlicensed heathen, I sent a question to The Omni Group's support staff at 6:31 PM EDT last night, and received a personal and thorough response less than 90 minutes later, at 7:53 PM (again, EDT). As Neo or Joey Lawrence (take your pick) would say, "whoa."

Without going into how sad it is that good examples of customer support (or pre-customer support, in this case) need to be singled out for the rarities they are, let me just give kudos to The Omni Group, who pretty much just earned themselves a customer.
