Newborn Sleeping and Eating Pattern

The most difficult things for parents are to adjust with the newborn sleeping and eating pattern. During those first weeks, they sleep a lot when we want them to wake up, and they wake up when we want them to sleep.
Babies are born with a number of instinctual responses to stimuli, such as light or touch, known as primitive reflexes, which gradually disappear as the baby matures.
Interesting part about baby, is they have internal clock which tells the baby when to wake up. Too bad, we cant set that internal clock and adjust it as we like.

San Diego Adventure
San Diego really fun city, about 2.5 hour from Los Angeles. Wanna know a great place for entertaining pregnant wife? Sea World is the right place for you. Once you enter the Sea World, make sure to grab the attraction schedule so you can schedule everything right on time.
