Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, is a new game coming out in September for all consoles by LucasArts.
I first heard about this game more than a year ago, when a force pre-viz trailer, was released, showing some ideas for force powers that could be used in a Star Wars game.
Now as a long time Star Wars fan, especially as someone who would want to by a Sith Lord if he lived in the Star Wars Universe.... you can imagine how much my eyes lit up.
But at that point, it was only in concept, then at E3 2007, LucasArts released a teaser trailer, which just the opening, made want this game.
In the trailer, you saw a Star Destroyer being dragged down, onto a city below, which when you get closer.. you discover is the apprentice causing this to happen...
And in that trailer it was also announced that it was going to be available for all major consoles.... which at this time, I didn't have a console, which I now do have.
Every couple of month's the release a behind the scenes video, giving some more teases about what is to come.
In an interview video posted elsewhere, Hayden Blackman, Project Lead, said that this clip with the apprentice drops the Star Destroyer on the City, isn't going to be just a cut scene.... we're going to be responsible for it happening!!!!!!!!!!!!
So as you can probably guess... I'm certainly looking forward to when this game comes out in September, I might even go as far, as to pre-order a copy.
In the latest two video's posted, they talked and showed, how a level that is only available for each platform, and showing actual in game footage from each version.
From watching the video, I think that the best looking one has to be the XBOX 360 version, and probably the PS2, the worst, but these video could have been done using not using the final build, which is likely, since they're saying it's not going to be out till September.

Well... actually, you're going to have to go and watch the video to find out.
All I can say without spoiling, is that I really can't wait now.

What happens when player characters die? They become ghosts! When a player dies, he or she will be prompted with a dialogue box to "Release Spirit." Pressing this button will instantly transport the player to the nearest graveyard. The player will then be transformed into a ghost. On death, all equipped items will lose 10% durability.
