BlackMagic gets Avid cert on Mac

a part of Avid Technology Inc., has certified the Blackmagic Design
DeckLink HD Extreme card for use with Pro Tools|HD® 8 and Pro Tools LE®
8 on OS X Leopard. Using the DeckLink card, Pro Tools users can now
monitor most common QuickTime HD and SD video formats directly from
their Pro Tools video track out to high end professional video
monitoring devices such as broadcast monitors, large screen LCDs or
