Kung Fu Red by Michael Scott
Kung Fu Red, is a example of simple film shot use a Red camera.
I first came across this video, though a thread in the fan film forum of theforce.net.
Michael "Dorkman" Scott was also part of the team who produced the amazing Ryan vs Dorkaman, and the sequel Ryan vs Dorkman II which can be found here.
It just goes to show you don't need a Hollywood feature film budget to produce a quality film.
