SIGGRAPH: Disney Interactive Recruits
It's not unusual to see recruiting going on during SIGGRAPH. There is a ready talent pool to draw from during the show. Some of the brightest (and most interested) artists attend to hear the very latest in animation.
Companies like Disney, R&H, PDI, Laika, and others accept demo reels and resumes from the cluster of talent during the show.
To attract these swarming artists, each company relies not only on their name, but on their booth's visibility. Disney Interactive is no exception to the rule. With bright black and white animations of Mickey displayed across this wall of lights - artists reflexively drifted toward the booth.
