THIRD D IN SECOND L
"Yes, its time to welcome sculpted prims into our second
lives! In honor of our latest feature and the amazing sculpties that
have enriched the beta grid, Linden Lab is holding a Second Life
sculpted prim contest."
What does this mean?
It means there is more geometry and polygonal control in Second Life now, and it's your chance to show off your 3D modeling skills.
Unfortunately there are only a couple of days left for you to enter the contest

A SECOND LIFE Sentence: Carnaval du Mystere, a medieval masked ball
Lords and ladies, under masks and veils, graced an outdoor ballroom tonight in Karamoon, a medieval SIM in Second Life, but all was not as festive as it appeared. Sometime into the evening, a band of brigands forced their way in. All was not lost, however, because dancing shoes do not preclude a sword or even magic staff among medieval folk. They know life can turn on a dime and they have no time to make change with disruptive troublemakers.

Efrontier Poser 7 animations
Second Life and Poser .... or second life poser? I'm not really into the whole Second Life thing, although I admit that some of the geeky stuff in there is kind of fun.

A SECOND LIFE Sentence: Suit-up for Fashion...wear your UVs
Hey, Cris, I see you talkin' about me! Well, I have a thing or two to bring to the virtual table, myself. Speaking of seeing the templates on an avatar model....how about an avatar modeling a UV suit in Second Life?

A SECOND LIFE Sentence: Using DAZ|Studio for Second Life content creation.
When I first joined Linden Labs' increasingly popular, Second Life , I was given a standard-issue avatar replete with textures that would just thrill you...IF you were a Saturday morning cartoon. You soon learn this is called the "Newbie-look" and marks you, on the SL landscape, as surely as if you were wearing glow-in-the-dark Underoos®. Fortunately, there are a number of ways to give yourself a Second Life Make-Over.
