Shooting the Hilton Waikoloa Village

Shooting in Hawaii takes a bit of planning, so you come back with the best shots that you can. Planning not only involves what to take in terms of equipment, but when to shoot, as the climate in Hawaii can be tricky. It can be raining hard as heck in the morning, but then after only 15 minutes, the sun can be beating down. Likewise, you can be on the windward side of any of the islands, where it can get cold, and then drive to the other side where the weather is totally opposite. Below is a link of an article I wrote about shooting the village. For those who haven't been, it is really one of the nicest resorts on the Big Island, though it can get real hot.
