iSuppli did a teardown of the new iPhone 3G S (YIPE!  Tear down?!) to see how much it costs to make.  The 16GB costs $179 to make and sells for $199 (with a AT&T contract).  Whew, thin profits!  Get the details and why it costs so much to make at pcworld.com.
