Cha-Ching For Mac and iPhone: Easy Financial Management
Cha-Ching For Mac and iPhone: Easy Financial Management

I recently started using Cha-Ching from Midnight Apps to keep myself on budget.  It's an easy-to-use financial management app, and I currently use it on a Mac, but it's also available for the iPhone.  Like I said, it's easy-to-use: when you launch it, you can get started, start with an Example Database, or visit the community to discuss and learn more.

Cha-Ching helps you create a budget, manage your transactions, and any accounts you may have.  So far, I've created a budget and I'm going to start managing my bank accounts so I can keep an eye on everything.  (Yeah, I know I can balance my checkbook but I like doing it digitally.)  As I use Cha-Ching more, I'll post new blogs about working with it.  But I highly recommend getting it to keep yourself in good financial shape, no matter how the economy is.

You can buy it for $2.99 at the iPhone/iPod touch App Store, or download the current beta for Mac at http://www.midnightapps.com/.

Comments:

I purchased Cha-Ching and loaded 8 Accounts. I worked my budget and there was some drop down menu stating that in order for the program to not lose accounts upon reopening, I needed to close and reopen for the application. So I closed my Mac for the night. I sync(ed) my iPhone. When later, I went to list a purchase I had made, there were no accounts (like at the begining) so I opened Cha-Ching on the Mac and there was nothing. So I will re-enter all accounts and the budget once more. If this does not work again, I need help. Any suggestions?

Well that did not work. After loading the first of 8 accounts again, I went to "Continue". After clicking continue, I again received another blank screen! I need technical help. How do I get that? I am trying the midnightapps.com site. This is bad.
