Apple has released an update to Final Cut Pro 6, bringing it to version to 6.0.6.  You can use Software Update to download it, or visit support.apple.com to get it.  Improvements include better real-time playback on some Mac Pros and Xserves.  And that's just about it.  And no word on the next full version which will be found (I presume) in Final Cut Studio 3.

There's some speculation that we might not see FCS 3 until after Mac OS X Snow Leopard comes out later this summer/early fall.
