Magic Lantern Firmware For Canon 5D Mark II

The Canon 5D Mark II is already an amazing and affordable full-frame DSLR that just happens to also shoot Full HD (1920 x 1080 resolution), but there are issues within the camera that apparently are being somewhat corrected with firmware updates. That's where the Magic Lantern firmware update comes in: the makers of this firmware are hoping to really turn the Canon 5D Mark II into a serious HD camera (with Canon's amazing line-up of lenses).
Get the details at

Vimeo. I'm going to keep my eye on this. One thing though--the video compression probably isn't even up to
HDV quality.
A word of caution though: always be careful with unknown and not-quite-tested 3rd party firmware updates!
