Apple's Latest Final Cut Express Released!

According to Apple, Final Cut Express 4 features the open format timeline (different QuickTime movie types, like HD, DV, etc.), the ability to edit AVCHD (Intel Macs only) and more, along with editing HDV, DV, etc. Users of Final Cut Express want the power of Final Cut Pro, with the ease of iMovie, so it's cool to know you can import iMovie '08 projects without a problem. Plenty of new FX can be found in this version.
And hey, at $199 USD for a new copy, $99 for the upgrade, that's a nice price to get into serious editing.
Read all about it in Apple's
press release, then check out the
software.
