Batman Begins is one of my most favorite films ever, and I love the character of Batman (Iron Man is my favorite), so I'm really excited about the upcoming Blu-ray release of the film on July 8, 2008, just 10 days before the sequel, The Dark Knight, opens.

Read all about the specs here.  At the time, Warner Bros. supported both Blu-ray and HD DVD, but chose to release Batman Begins only on HD DVD, which was a head scratcher.  This looks like a winner, even if it's a little late.
