This $40,000 diamond covered iPod shuffle can be yours, if you have the highest bid in London.  It's only a 1 GB model, but it has diamonds equalling 18 karats!  My only concern is, other than this is a really questionable purchase, is, what if you drop it?  That would suck.

So who would buy this?  Two words: Paris.  Hilton.
