Google announced it's developing an operating system based on its Chrome web browser and online apps (like Google Docs, etc.), and will appear in the second half of 2010.  Get the full scoop at bloomberg.com.

Very interesting news!  It's been discussed, at least on the rumor level, for a year or two now.  Netbooks running this OS makes sense, and I'm curious if this will become the "Microsoft killer."
