Terminator Salvation Blu-Ray to get 30-40 minutes of deleted scenes
Terminator Salvation Blu-Ray to get 30-40 minutes of deleted scenes

According to Collider, McG (director of TS) has said that there will be 30-40 minutes of deleted scences from Terminator Salvation, on the Blu-Ray release!  Whether it will be integrated back into the movie or not, remains to be seen.

Just a few hours ago I sat down with director McG for an exclusive video interview about making “Terminator Salvation”. In the coming days I’ll post our entire conversation, but I wanted to post one of the highlights right now.

That’s because he told me the upcoming “Terminator Salvation” DVD/Blu-ray is going to come with between 30 to 40 minutes of deleted scenes!

Since I have heard many filmmakers tell me crazy numbers like this and then it ends up not being true, I followed up with him about that number. He insisted that we’re going to get at least 30 minutes.

Since I can’t talk about the film due to my embargo, let me just say watching 30 more minutes of Christian Bale fighting Terminators sounds great to me.

Anyway, posted below is about a minute and a half of my interview with McG. If you want to go in spoiler free, I STRONGLY suggest not watching this clip. McG speaks freely about the alternate ending on the DVD and what else to expect. I don’t want to ruin the movie for anyone.
