GeoCities is one of the longest-running DIY website creators/hosters on the web.  In the mid- to late-1990s, many of my friends and colleagues had a GeoCities site, whether for fun or business (or both), as did countless others.  Well, now Yahoo is saying goodbye and want to focus on helping their users to "build new relationships," ie, social networking?
