It looks like the newest iPod Shuffle is very affordable to build, making it the most profitable iPod for Apple, according to iPodNN.com.  Remember, the cheaper it is to make something, the higher the profits will be.  iPod touches cost more to make, so the percentage is less when Apple sells them.
