Just like when Terminator 3 came out in 2003 (which I thought was great) and a special edition of T2: Terminator 2: Judgment Day came out on DVD (complete with the first hi def DVD using Windows Media HD), there's going to be an extra special edition of T2 coming out for Terminator Salvation.

It comes with a Terminator skull, a bunch of discs (not Blu-ray--that edition doesn't come with this stuff) and more.  /Film has all the details.  Pre-order now!
