Google bought GrandCentral back in 2007, and has now released Google Voice, which allows you to have one number ring up to six other phones.  This is a cool service, especially if you have a large number of calls that come in.  If, for instance, someone calls your office line, it'll also ring your cell phone, home line, etc.
