Axiotron is back at Macworld again with the new improved modbook.  And you can have them trick out your macbook as well... or you can purchase a pre-config'd modbook.

I got to play around with a modbook for a week, and I'll tell you - I miss it.  Pair it up with MacSpeech's Dictate, and you' wonder why you need a keyboard (hmm... maybe the Apple Wheel? heheheh)
