AT&T is selling refurbished iPhones, starting at $149.99 for an 8GB model, $249.99 for a 16GB model.  Refurbs are good; I've owned a couple of refurbished Macs, and I've never had really any problems.  Find these and other refurb phones at AT&T Wireless' website.
