Starting 12pm PST today, Gmail and Google Apps users will be able to download a small plugin and enable video and voice chats within the standard Google chat function. All you have to do is enable the new feature under the 'Options' menu under the chat window and make sure you click on 'video & more' when you start chatting with someone. I haven't tested it out yet but will definitely check it out soon.
