Apple has updated its App Store policy to stop "developer misuse," according to AppleInsider.  Apparently what was happening was reviews for an app were being reviewed without purchasing the software for the iPhone/iPod Touch, by the developers themselves.

But nothing so far in terms of how Apple is handling reviewing apps for the App Store, which many developers say takes too long, along with updates for existing apps.
