You can bid on the chance to win a walk-on part (that probably, could be cut out of the film) and a chance to go to the premiere (and more) for Spider-Man 4, which starts shooting tentatively fall 2009 for a 2011 release.  Check it out at eBay, where the bid's over $12,000 as of September 5, 2008.  The winning bid will benefit StandUp2Cancer.com; I love charity events like this!
