TODAY's the day... you'll need to get hands free...
California
drivers have to use a hands free device to make phone calls
in the car. Here in Los Angeles, we do a lot of talking on our cell
phones, and far too much driving. Many Angelenos do too much of both
at the same time. The new law requires drivers to let go of the phone
while driving. (a band-aid solution, but a start in the right direction)
While
I've used hands free for several years now, you might be considering it
for the first time. There are a bunch of choices out there.
THE MOTOROLA H700.
At $90, it's not a cheap alternative, but it has a great sound (for both parties), and the little "flip out" microphone makes the device smaller when you're not using it.
It's the one I use, and it has served me well for several years - -
It has volume control on the headset, a button for phone activation, and is pretty comfortable for even the longer trips in the car.
Plus, it charges quickly and keeps a charge for a few days.

All this week there has been discounts for various Bluetooths. Today you can get a T305 for $63 and it comes w/a wall & charger.
I def. think it's worth checking out @MotoDeals (http://twitter.com/MotoDeals).
