Light Emitting Diodes.  LEDs.  The tiny little lightbulbs that used to glow when you pressed the right button to display the time - - big in the 80s (on watches calculators and even some hand-held video games) - now they're back.



While looking for watches this weekend, I found this cool site that dedicates itself to LED watches.  Not your grandfather's cool 4 pound, 9volt watch - new designs.

 (my battery is dead, and in an effort to find out which battery replaced it - - I got to looking at watch designs)

Check out the LED Watch SuperStore @ LED WatchStop for some really cool new LED designs. (LEDs are cheap now, and you can buy them by the bag-full.
