Major problems arising with Metal Gear Online Beta
Originally scheduled for download on April 17th, the file for the beta and its update are currently available. While it wasn't possible to create Konami IDs because the portal and website are down, it appears that there's a much larger problem some beta key owners don't have a full key to acquire the beta files. According to some comment and board posts on our site, some users report receiving beta key codes with only nine letters instead of the twelve needed to activate the download in their Metal Gear Saga Vol.2 discs. While the Konami website does not list this discrepancy, it does indicate that "any inquiries concerning the Metal Gear Online Beta program can be directed to mgobetasupport@konami.com." We tried to contact Konami as to how some of these users could have possibly received incomplete codes but received no comment as of publish time. For the full story, click here!
