Adobe's Photoshop Express

For so many casual photographers, Photoshop CS3 (the premiere photo retouching software)
might be too much horsepower. Even simple photo retouching and effect software
like Photoshop Elements might be more than what's needed, so Adobe
launched Photoshop Express, an online software solution - now in
Beta....
You can upload your photos directly to the web server, then edit the image while in the browser application. It's a little slow, and certainly limited, but while in beta mode, the experience is free. It's got color correction and even some effects tools built into it.
I'm sure your editorial feedback will differ based on the speed of your internet connection. Although this is by no means a "free Photoshop" or "Photoshop replacement", it's certainly fun to play with.
