Digital Media Online, Inc. (DMO) believes strongly in the right of individual privacy. In accordance with the guidelines prepared by the Online Privacy Alliance (http://www.privacyalliance.org/), the following paragraphs detail our information-gathering policies.

Browser information collected on the website: DMO analyzes its website logs to constantly improve the value of the materials available on the website. These website logs are not personally identifiable, and no attempt is made to link them with the individuals that browse our sites.

Use of cookies: As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, DMO may use cookies to store and sometimes track information about our readers. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. DMO will not sell or provide this information to outside parties.

Privacy of our email lists: DMO maintains several email lists to keep its' members, the press, and interested members of the general public informed about breaking events. Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing lists by providing information on a form on our web site, by requesting this information via email, by signing up for this information at industry tradeshows, or by entering one of our contests. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the email addresses of our list subscribers to anyone including other list subscribers. Vendor Sponsored Promotions: In some promotions where prizes are given, we do gather information on individuals entering the contests via entry forms or email. In some cases that information will be shared with the sponsoring vendor. In these instances the contest terms will clearly state this fact.
