Woo Hoo! I Am Learning Some New Stuff

Then Wha la! A few effects and some free filters and I was able to create these:

 

 

 

I will post a link to the filters when I find it.  If you want a tutorial or two on how to do this in Photoshop Elements, PaintShop ProX2, Serif Photo Plus X2 or Photo Paint, let me know.
